The Boulders Golf Resort is home to two world-class golf courses: the North and the South. Both are highly regarded for their challenging layouts, and natural backdrop, incorporating the unique desert landscape of the Sonoran Desert, with massive rock formations, or “boulders”. Golfers of all skill levels will be challenged by the elevation changes, desert washes and boulder formations of these picturesque courses. GrayHawk-Talon Course
Par-72, measures 6,973 yards from the tips.
The Talon course was designed by Gary Panks and David Graham and offers a more scenic, dramatic experience. It highlights the desert landscape, with elevated greens and panoramic views of the McDowell Mountains. Talon is known for its unique challenges, such as trick desert washes and complex greens.
Troon North Pinnacle
Par-72, measures 7,044 yards from the back tees.
Also designed by Tom Weiskopt, the Pinnacle Course provides a slightly more difficult challenge than the Monument, with narrower fairways and more desert carries. The Pinnacle course is revered for its natural beauty and seamless integration with the rugged Sonoran Desert landscape, sweeping views and challenging elevation changes. Both courses at Troon North are highly rated and frequently appear in lists of top public courses in the United States making Troon North a must-play destination for serious golfers.
Troon North Monument

The monument course designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, is known for its dramatic boulder formations and beautiful desert scenery. The course offers a challenging yet scenic payout, with wide fairways, well-placed bunkers, and elevated greens. Its signature hole, the par-5 3rd, features a massive rock formation known as “The Monument” that adds to the challenge and visual appeal.
